01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the c444 platform — including the website, mobile app, sportsbook, games, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and c444.

02 Eligibility
To use c444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

- You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a c444 employee or contractor.
c444 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses that were applied to the account.
Age Restriction: c444 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any attempt to circumvent age verification will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
03 Account Registration
Each member is permitted to hold one c444 account only. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working phone number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension.

Account Verification
c444 may require members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Members who fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until the process is completed.

Deposits
Deposits are credited to your c444 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. c444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by c444 as quickly as possible. Most withdrawals are completed within a few hours of approval. However, during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required, processing times may be longer. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account that matches the name on your c444 account.

05 Betting Rules
All bets placed on c444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or event. These rules are available within each betting market on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed once c444 has issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation are not valid. c444 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where live betting is not explicitly offered.
Odds and Errors
c444 makes every effort to ensure that odds are accurate and up to date. However, in the event of a manifest error — such as an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical fault — c444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to members. This applies even if the bet has already been settled.
- Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
- In-play bets are subject to the rules of the specific live betting market.
- c444 follows standard industry rules for event cancellations and postponements.
- Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual selection within the bet.
06 Bonuses and Vouchers
c444 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and vouchers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
Most c444 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn as real cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bets placed on certain markets or games may not contribute fully — or at all — toward wagering requirements.
Voucher Conditions
Vouchers issued through the c444 Voucher section or via the D&T Ranking system are subject to expiry dates and usage restrictions. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other vouchers unless explicitly stated. Each voucher may only be used once per eligible account.

- Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing others to bet on your behalf.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with c444's systems or software.
- Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
Zero Tolerance: c444 has a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and cheating. All suspicious activity is monitored and investigated. Members found in breach of these rules will have their accounts permanently closed with no right of appeal.
09 Account Suspension and Closure
c444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited activity.
Members may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting c444 support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact c444 support to request a review. c444 will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision made following an appeal review is final.
10 Privacy and Data
